Kamayari is a homeware shop based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.

2. Product information

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Handmade pieces vary slightly in size, colour and pattern, so the piece you receive may differ a little from the photos.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and may change without notice. Some pieces are priced on request. A piece shown as in stock isn’t reserved for you until we confirm it in writing.

4. Enquiries and orders

Sending an enquiry doesn’t place an order. We reply with availability, the final price, delivery options and how to pay. An order is confirmed only when we both agree to it in writing and we receive your payment.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

We confirm delivery fees, lead times and our return and refund terms with you before you pay. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer protection law.

6. Using this website

Please don’t misuse the website, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. The text, photos and design belong to Kamayari or the makers and photographers we work with.

7. Links to other websites

We may link to other websites, such as map services. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

8. Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
