Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 20 September 2026

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone browsing with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion.

1. The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is a target we work towards rather than a certification, and we review the website against it as we make changes.

2. What we have done

  • Keyboard. Every link, button and form control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focused item is clearly outlined.

  • Touch. Links and buttons on phones and tablets are given a larger tap area so they are easier to hit accurately.

  • Images. Product and editorial images carry text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

  • Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and image movement are turned off.

  • Text and colour. Text is checked for contrast against its background, and the page works when text is enlarged.

  • Structure. Headings, lists and landmarks are marked up so a screen reader can move through a page in a sensible order.

3. Where we fall short

Some things are not there yet. We test with the keyboard and with automated checks on every release, but we have not yet completed testing with every screen reader and browser combination. Long product descriptions and older uploaded images may not always carry a full description.

4. Tell us about a problem

If you cannot use part of this website, please tell us. Describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on and the device or software you were using, and we will do what we can to help and to fix it.

5. Contact us

You can reach us using the contact details at the foot of this page. We aim to reply within two working days.
