  • Enquiry source. When you reach the contact form from a product page, the form records which product and page the enquiry came from.

  • Technical information. Our website hosting and analytics providers may collect your device and browser type, the pages you visit (including anything in the web address, such as a word you typed into the shop search or the product an enquiry link carries), the site that referred you and an approximate location based on your IP address.

  • Things that stay in your browser. Some features remember things on your own device only, to make the website easier to use: the products you recently viewed (up to three), your choice of centimetres or inches and kilograms or pounds, and the product you tapped Enquire on. This information is never sent to us, we can't see it, and you can clear it at any time. Our Cookie Policy lists each one.

We don’t take payments on this website, and we don’t ask for sensitive information such as health or financial details.

  • To reply to your enquiry and share details about products, prices, lead times and delivery.

  • To arrange orders, deliveries or showroom visits that you ask for.

  • Faster page loads. When you rest your pointer on a link, your browser may start loading that page early so it opens straight away. This is the same request your browser makes when you click, and nothing extra about you is recorded. It's switched off when your device is in data-saver mode.

  • Product sheets. The PDF and print versions of a product page are made on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to make them.

  • Sharing. The share buttons open Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp, your email app or another service only when you tap them. From then on, that service's own privacy policy applies.
